Kathy has been staging homes on the Westside since 2008.  Her first job was staging her own property that she flipped.  The realtor suggested she hire a stager  and Kathy responded "I can do that!"  Her career as a "home flpper" and general contractor ended and home staging became her rai·son d'ê·tre.  That is a fancy French word for the most important reason or purpose for someone or something's existence

Kathy grew up on the Westside attending  what is now known as Westwood Charter School.  She graduated with honors with a B.S. degree in Business Administration from CSUN.  Kathy later studied computer networking at UCLA and architecture, auto CAD and design at Santa Monica College.

Kathy spent many years in the corporate world as a sales rep, computer product specialist, sales manager and training manager for Southern California.

Kathy's father was a general contractor and built homes in the newly developed Truesdale section of Beverly Hills.  Her father took her to construction sites where she used the back of blue prints to draw on and watched her father build homes.  They lived in two of the homes he built and designed.  One is off Roscomare and the other is north of Sunset.

Kathy loves love loves houses and is determined to squeeze every bit of charm and curb appeal out of your property.  She does not sleep until its perfect.
